EYE Magazine Vol. 2, #2, February 1969
Vintage collectible.
Eye Magazine was put out by the Hearst Corporation in the 1960s as their take on youth culture.
It is unintentionally hilarious, with many silly articles like what car is for you according to your astrological sign.
It's a large format (10.5" x 13.5") like Life Magazine was. It does have some excellent graphics and terrific ads from the era.
Most issues came with an additional poster insert.
This one came with a special SPIDERMAN comic book attached to the cover.
This magazine contains feature articles on Steve McQueen, Stan Lee, and Tim Hardin.
Plus a story about Filmmaker Michael Pressman, the then-current Fashion pages and more.
This issue comes from my own personal collection.
